This policy applies to Ehkaaya by Theja (legal business name: Theja Lakshmi C S) and governs cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on our website.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled through My Account -> Orders, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

Ehkaaya by Theja (Theja Lakshmi C S) reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

Product stock unavailability
Payment failures or issues
Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions

In such cases:

Customers will be notified promptly.
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must:

Submit a request within 3 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the product condition.
Share order details and the reason for return or exchange.
Upload all supporting files via the Return Request Form available on our website.

Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Please note:

Size-related exchanges are not accepted unless the error occurred from our side.
Products purchased during sales or clearance may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated.
