This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to Ehkaaya by Theja (legal business name: Theja Lakshmi C S) and outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is successfully received.

  • Each product undergoes a mandatory quality check before dispatch.

  • Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
    (Processing times may be longer during sales, promotional periods, or public holidays.)


Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout after entering the delivery PIN code.

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, destination, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional time.


Shipping Coverage

  • Currently, we deliver only within India.

  • International shipping will be introduced at a later stage.


Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers or promotions, when available, are subject to specific terms and conditions.


Delivery Information & Attempts

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including name, address, PIN code, and contact number.

  • Incomplete or incorrect information, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery, may result in failed delivery attempts.

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
    Additional re-shipping charges may apply in case of failed deliveries.


Order Tracking

  • Once an order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email and/or SMS.

  • Customers can use the tracking details to monitor shipment status in real time.


Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • Any issues related to damaged, defective, missing, or tampered items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests must include clear photos or videos as proof.

  • Claims raised beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
